An unusual lesion mimicking adrenal malignancy

Case report: Adrenal pseudocysts are rare bening lesions that usually mimick solid tumors on imaging. Although they are asymptomatic and often discovered incidentally, distinguishing them from clinically important adrenocortical masses may be problematic before surgery.
